We were tasked with gathering information from previously unused consumer data across geographic markets and answering three key questions:

 

  1. WHY DID THE CONSUMER BUY THE PRODUCT?
  2. WHAT DID THEY LIKE?
  3. WHAT DID THEY DISLIKE?

STEP 4: Classification Framework

 

A classification framework was built in conjunction with AI using a one-shot approach. 

STEP 5: The Right AI Model Selection

 

The best, most appropriate, model was selected for this particular research project.

STEP 6: Analysis & Final Review

 

We ran each row of data through the selected AI model and then spot checked classifications.
