Through a series of targeted interviews and interactive workshops with the teams, we pinpointed crucial areas for improvement. Our approach not only identified these key areas but also boosted team engagement, as we made sure every vital voice was heard and valued.

The insights were discussed and the opportunities scored resulting in a shortlist. Two were then selected for sprint planning and brief development. The two selected projects formed the starting point with the remaining opportunities building out the strategic roadmap.
