Meta is going bot crazy.

First they launched a load of them to interact with users, then decided they didn't like them as much (apparently, they deleted around 2 million of them in the last year - but some remain, like our friend Carter above).

​

Now you can expect a load more bots as they want 'AIs to actually, over time, exist on our platforms, kind of in the same way that accounts do'

​

So we've got some bots being deleted, a push towards thousands/millions more taking over Facebook and Instagram. Bit of a mess no?

AI MADE SIMPLE: Stream Realtime

Google AI Studio has introduced Stream Realtime, a tool designed for multimodal interaction with AI. It lets users engage via text, voice, video, or screen sharing.

What It Can Do

• Understand Content: Share your screen or documents, and it will explain formulas, diagrams, or technical concepts instantly.
• Use Your Webcam: Get contextual help on what you're seeing.
• Real-Time Collaboration: Use it while working on projects for feedback or quick problem-solving.

How to Use It

Go to Google AI Studio and hit 'Stream Real-Time' on the menu. Share your screen or use your webcam to show the AI what you’re working on.

These tools are marking a shift in AI, moving from static to more integrated (and useful) workflows. By enabling near real-time interaction these platforms can become a bigger part of daily operations and productivity wins.
